Soluxid carried out a full refurbishment of this flat in a prime location in London, Mayfair. The works include a new electrical installation (Sonos sound system, led ceiling lighting, bathroom tv).

A 4K video matrix system was installed that allows users to switch between video sources like Sky, Apple TV, NAS drives, laptops, etc. using a TV remote control or voice control with Amazon Alexa/Echo.

Home automation systems were installed. Rako has been used for lighting and Sonos for sound control. The window blinds are also motorized.
In addition, all of the features can be controlled using a smartphone or tablet.

All joinery elements like wardrobes and kitchens, etc. had been made to measure in-house by Soluxid.
